The shallow waters at The Basin are a clear, dazzling blue - ideal for snorkelling. Surfers can hang ten at Strickland Bay, home to some of the best waves in the world, some say. If you’re more of a history buff, take the Oliver Hill train ride to visit remnants of World War II, including a maze of underground tunnels.
